Salim Singh Ki Haveli is famous for its peacock-shaped roof. When you stand back and look at the full building from the street β that rooftop shaped like a peacock spreading its wings is unlike anything you will see anywhere else in India.
The story behind this haveli is interesting too. This haveli was built by Salim Singh, who was the powerful prime minister at that time. Salim Singh Ki Haveli was built in 1815 AD.
